"Hoto Kura Ayusei" is a specialty store of Yamanashi Prefecture's local cuisine "Hoto". At the taste comparison event "Shosenkyo Hoto Taste Comparison Serious Game" held in Yamanashi Prefecture, we have won the tournament for the third consecutive time and have been inducted into the Hall of Fame.
The signature menu "Golden Hoto" is a special golden miso blended with pumpkin paste, original additive-free natural soup stock, carefully selected fresh vegetables, and Yamanashi brand pork "Yamanashi Wine Pork" with soft meat and refreshing fat. It's a sticky one.
