Fujikawaguchiko Herb Festival( June 18 ~ July 11)

The Fujikawaguchiko Herb Festival is one of the biggest events of the year. It is held in Yagizaki Park & Oishi Park every year. It is most famous for the symbol of the festival: its lavish and abundant lavendar beds. In addition to the usual attractions of flowers, herbs, crafts, teas and treats; there will be some additions this year. At Oike park there will be the "sparkling summer clothing" event and the "tanabata" star festival.
At the main grounds at Yagizaki Park, there will be a local microbrewery beer festival during the herb festival. There will also be special stage events such as music concerts performed on Saturdays.
